Forms for Student Registration
Please Note:  Due to space constrictions this year, we are only accepting students who live within the Tukwila School District boundaries.  Parents must provide proof of residency (lease, mortgage agreement, or utility statement) to demonstrate eligibility.  We also require proof of birth date (birth certificate, passport, etc.) and completed immunization form prior to the student being enrolled in school.
