Become partners in Education by volunteering in the Tukwila School District

Application Process:

To comply with the Washington State Law and Tukwila School District requirements, individuals who seek to volunteer in schools must complete the following:

• Tukwila School District Volunteer Application Form (pdf)
  
• Tukwila School District Disclosure Statement
• Washington State Patrol Identification and Request for Criminal History Information form
  

Application forms can be obtained at each school’s Main Office or at the Administration Building.  Applicants need to complete all three forms, Photo ID verified and thumb printed to be considered for volunteering. Please allow up to three weeks for processing.

If downloading forms, you will still need to have Photo ID verified and thumb printed by a school district employee.
